Traveling to and from Arizona the girls had quite the setup. Blankets, pillows, stuffed animals, and a caddy attached to the seat in front of them with activity books, stickers, story books, and snacks. Oh, and of course the DVD system which they were glued to the entire time!
This is the restaurant in Nephi where we stopped and ate on Christmas day. Just moments after this picture was taken is when all the drama happened coming out of the restaurant. (See December post for details).
Mesa Temple lights.
Cade, Lacey, Tucker, and Addi
This was probably my favorite nativity seen inside the visitors center. The pages of the books are folded to create scenes. On the left is the shepherds, the middle is Mary and Joseph, and the right is the three wisemen. It makes me want to try making one!
These next pictures are of Shelby and Papa. This was her favorite spot in the whole house to sit if he was sitting there. She would come up to him and say "up" and he would put the kickstand (is that really what it's called?) down, she would sit in front of it, and he would pull it up so it would lift her up onto the chair. Then when she was tired of sitting there she would say "down" and he would drop the foot rest and she'd fall to her feet. She thought that was pretty cool!
She's going to hate me for this, but it turns out this girl can sleep anywhere!
And we had to take pictures of baby Braden in this wig. He makes a pretty cute girl!
And the drive home. The girls LOVED when Wedge would sit on their laps!
